Return & Refund Policy
At MYST, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every bag is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it better.
Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
The product has a manufacturing defect
You wish to exchange size or style (if applicable)
Conditions:
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
Sale items & customized products are not eligible for return or exchange
Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once they have been successfully placed.
To request a return or exchange:
Email us at care@mystlegacy.com with your order ID, product images, and reason for return/exchange.
Refunds We offer refunds only in the following cases:
You received a damaged or incorrect item, and replacement is not possible.
Your order was cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or product unavailability.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be issued via UPI/bank transfer after successful pickup and quality check
Refunds will not be issued for minor color variations due to lighting/screens or for change of mind.
Reverse Pickups & Costs For eligible returns/exchanges, we will try to arrange a reverse pickup. If unavailable, the customer may be asked to self-ship.
In case of exchange/returns due to personal preference, a logistics fee of ₹150 may be deducted from the refund or charged separately.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products on sale/discount
Items returned without proper packaging or beyond the return window
