Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time  All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking details.

Shipping Time & Charges 

Domestic (India): Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — Free on all prepaid orders.

Express Shipping (Optional): 1–3 business days — ₹149 flat.

International: Shipping Time: 7–15 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout. Customs duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility

Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available for selected pincodes in India only.

Order value for COD must be below ₹7,000.

Please ensure your mobile number is active for confirmation calls. Unconfirmed COD orders may be canceled.

Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases on your account.

We strongly encourage prepaid payments for faster dispatch and smoother experience.
